We do not hold any direct or indirect stake in the share capital of insurance entities, nor does any insurance entity or company related to them hold any stake in our share capital.
We are obligated to provide, as part of our insurance mediation task, objective professional advice on the type of insurance contract that suits your needs.
In accordance with the provisions of Order ECO 734/2004, dated March 11 (BOE March 24, 2004), we inform you that if you wish to submit any complaint or claim related to our role as mediators, you may contact the customer service department of the COL·LEGI DE MEDIADORS D’ASSEGURANCES DE BARCELONA at the following address: Passeig de Sant Joan, 33 – 08010 BARCELONA and email: el col-legi@elcol-legi.org, which has a period of two months to resolve. We have at your disposal the operating regulations of the aforementioned department adapted to current legality. Contracted Civil Liability Insurance and has financial capacity.
The mediation of your policies will be carried out based on your information and data regarding the risk and coverages that ultimately interest you. We remind you of the importance of reviewing the risk data, coverages, and declarations contained in the specific conditions of the policy at the appropriate time, and if you notice any errors or discrepancies with the agreed matters and/or your request, please let us know immediately.
Travel assistance policy modification/cancellation terms. Travel assistance + cancellation policies are non-modifiable and non-refundable. Travel assistance policies without cancellation can be modified/cancelled up to 72 hours before the trip departure, which will incur a cost of 10% of the paid premium with a minimum of €15 and a maximum of €50.

The policies of CANCELLATION DO NOT allow any kind of change, therefore, they cannot be modified or cancelled.

PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE “IATI” APPLICATION

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation-GDPR), IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS, SL. informs you, as a user of this app (hereinafter, the application), about the processing of your personal data that we will carry out within it, and which you have voluntarily provided during the registration process, access and use of the “IATI” application service.

1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE DATA CONTROLLER

IATI CALZADO INSURANCE BROKERAGE S.L., with tax identification number B62273081 and address for notifications at C/ Guitard 43, 4º2ª, 08014 Barcelona, is a Spanish limited company registered in the Commercial Registry of Barcelona and DGSFP of the Ministry of Economy and Finance with reference J3537. This entity (hereinafter, the Data Controller) is responsible for processing the data provided by the users of the app (hereinafter, the user).

2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

To proceed with the registration, access, and subsequent use of the APP, the user must provide personal data (essentially, identification and contact information), which will be incorporated into automated systems owned by IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS, S.L, as well as those of IATI partners and providers who indispensably need this data to properly provide their service, such as insurers, assistance companies, medical services, etc., provided that IATI has signed data processing agreements with them.

The collection, storage, modification, structuring, and where appropriate, deletion of data provided by users, will constitute processing operations carried out by the controller, with the purpose of ensuring the proper functioning of the App, maintaining the service provision and/or commercial relationship with the user, and for the management, administration, information, provision, and improvement of the IATI service.

The IATI application requests certain permissions to perform necessary actions depending on the functionality being used. Here you can consult the main ones:

Camera: So you can attach photos to incident forms from your device.
Gallery: So you can attach files to incident forms from your device.
File: So you can attach files to incident forms from your device.

As a user, you have full control over the permissions you grant to the application. From the app's settings menu, you can enable or disable notifications, and from your device's settings, you can enable or disable, in addition to the app's notifications, each of the permissions that are requested. You can decide if they are always allowed, only allowed when the app is in use, or if they are denied. Keep in mind that if you deny them, the functionalities associated with these permissions will stop working.

3. LEGITIMATION

The processing of user data is carried out on the following legal bases that legitimize it:

The request for information and/or the hiring of the App's services, whose terms and conditions are made available to the user in any case, beforehand, through this Privacy Policy, for their express acceptance through free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, which will be recorded when they accept on screen by marking the corresponding checkbox.

If the user does not provide IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS, S.L with accurate and truthful information as required, they must refrain from using the App immediately.

4. DATA RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal data provided by the user through this App will be kept in the systems and databases of the data controller, as long as the user continues to use the App and as long as they do not request its deletion.

The data will be retained by IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS, S.L for a minimum period of five years as long as the contractual relationship with the IATI client is in force, unless the client requests its cancellation and therefore also that of the insurance mediation contract they have signed with IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS, S.L.

5. DATA RETENTION

IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS, S.L informs the user that, in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), it retains for a maximum period of 12 months the essential information to identify the origin of the hosted data and the moment when the service provision began.

The retention of this data does not affect the secrecy of communications and may only be used within the framework of a criminal investigation or for the safeguarding of public security, being made available to judges and/or courts or the Ministry that requires them.

The communication of data to the State Security Forces and Corps will be carried out in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data, and with the utmost respect for them.

6. PROTECTION OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE APP

The data controller adopts the necessary measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the data in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

While the responsible party does back up the content hosted on its servers, it is not liable for the loss or accidental deletion of data by the App's users. Similarly, it does not guarantee the complete restoration of data deleted by users, as such data may have been removed and/or modified during the time elapsed since the last backup.

7. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

IATI CALZADO INSURANCE BROKERAGE, S.L, informs the user that they have the rights of access, rectification, limitation, deletion, opposition, and portability, which they may exercise by sending a request to dpo@iatiseguros.com

Likewise, the user has the right to revoke the consent initially given, and to lodge claims of rights with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

8. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS VIA ELECTRONIC MEANS

In the application of the LSSI (Law of Information Society Services), IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS, S.L will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or any other equivalent electronic communication means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the recipients.

If you are already a customer of IATI, the data controller is authorized to send commercial communications regarding IATI products or services that are similar to those you initially contracted, or that improve the one you already have.

9. CONTENT PROTECTION

The user acknowledges and agrees that all industrial and intellectual property rights over the contents and/or any other elements inserted by IATI SEGUROS in this App (including, but not limited to, all those elements that make up the visual appearance, graphic image and other sensory stimuli of the application, views, trademarks, logos, trade names, texts, images, graphics, designs, sounds, databases, software, navigation architecture, as well as the source code) belong to IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS, S.L or they have been granted the right to use them.

Under no circumstances does access to the content of this App imply any kind of permission, waiver, transmission, license or total or partial assignment of such rights by their holders, unless expressly stated otherwise. The present terms and conditions of use of this App do not grant users any other rights of use, alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of the application or its contents other than those expressly provided for herein.

The use of such elements is strictly forbidden, including their total or partial reproduction, communication and/or distribution for commercial or profit-making purposes, as well as their modification, alteration, decompilation and/or any other act of exploitation or reverse engineering of the application, as well as their use outside of the devices and operating systems for which it has been designed and where its executable is hosted (App Store and Play Store)

10. ACCESS AND USE OF THE APP

The user agrees to use the contents, information, and data from the App in accordance with these conditions, terms, and policies, with the applicable regulations, and with generally accepted good practices and public order.

The user agrees to refrain from using the contents of the App for unlawful, prohibited purposes or contrary to those established herein, harmful to the rights and interests of IATI, other users, third parties, or in any way that may damage, disable, overload, or deteriorate this application or the servers it connects to provide its service, or prevent the normal use or enjoyment of it by users.

IATI will not be liable for any consequences, damage or harm that may result from such access or use or from the non-compliance with these conditions, terms, and policies, nor will it be responsible for any security errors that may occur, nor for the damages that may be caused to the user's device (hardware and software) or to the files or documents stored therein as a result of:

(i) The presence of a virus on the user's Smartphone or tablet that is used to connect to the services and/or products offered by IATI
(ii) A malfunction of this App.
(iii) The use of outdated versions of this when updated ones are already published on the Appstore or the Play Store.

11. SOCIAL NETWORKS

The processing of data carried out by IATI for individuals who become followers on social networks, or who make any link to them from the IATI app, will be governed by this section, as well as by those terms of use, privacy policies, and access regulations that belong to the relevant social network in each case and previously accepted by the user.

IATI will process your data for the purposes of properly managing your presence on the social network, informing about activities, products or services of IATI, as well as for any other purpose that the regulations of the Social Networks allow.

The publication of content through this App is prohibited:

That are allegedly unlawful under national, community or international regulations, or that engage in allegedly unlawful activities or contravene the principles of good faith.
That violate the fundamental rights of individuals, lack courtesy on the internet, bother or may generate negative opinions among our users or third parties, and in general any content that IATI deems inappropriate,
And in general, those that contravene the principles of legality, honesty, responsibility, protection of human dignity, protection of minors, protection of public order, protection of private life, consumer protection, and intellectual and industrial property rights.

Likewise, IATI reserves the right to remove, without prior notice from the App or the corporate social network, those contents that are considered inappropriate.

12. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The data controller reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice these conditions, terms, and privacy policies to adapt them to legislative or jurisprudential developments as well as to modifications or practices in the industry. Users should periodically review these conditions, terms, and policies to check or ascertain the existence of changes, taking as a reference the date of the last update.
