APPLICABLE REGULATIONS:

Regulation 2016/679, 27 April 2016 of the European Union, on Data Protection (GDPR) and the Organic Law, 3/2018, 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and Law 34/2002, 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) are applicable.

PURPOSE:

The personal data that you provide through the “Manage claims” form on the IATI APP will be processed by IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS for the sole purpose of informing the company that assumes the coverage of the travel policy contracted by you to be able to manage and inform you about the status of your file, in relation to a reimbursement, claim or any other type of query that may arise for you as a CUSTOMER.

MINORS:

Registration of minors under the age of 18 is not permitted, nor is the purchase of any product presented on the website www.iatiseguros.com. If a registration reveals that the user is a minor, IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS reserves the right to cancel or refuse the application. IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS is not responsible for the effects or consequences that the registration of minors may cause. At any time, the parents/guardians of a minor who has registered without authorisation may cancel or oppose the processing of personal data by sending a message to the following e-mail address dpo@iatiseguros.com, indicating the reference “Data Protection”.

CONSENT:

By sending the form with your personal data and the previous acceptance of this Privacy Policy, you accept and confirm that you have understood everything expressed in this document and give your consent so that IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS can have your personal data exclusively for the purposes set out above. IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS will not, in any case, store the data and files attached to the form and will act solely as an intermediary between the customer and the insurer for any of the cases expressed in the “Manage claims” form. The CUSTOMER must provide true and updated data. IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS is not responsible for the consequences and damages that may be caused by false or erroneous data.

COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES:

IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS, S.L. will share the personal data you provide on the form with the company that assumes the coverage of the travel policy contracted by you, for the sole purpose mentioned above.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS:

In compliance with the precepts established in the Regulation 2016/679, 27 April 2016 of the European Union, on Data Protection (GDPR) and the Organic Law, 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), you are informed that providing your personal data is optional and at any time you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion (oblivion), opposition, limitation and portability regarding the provided data. In this case, the CUSTOMER must send their claim to IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS by email to the address dpo@iatiseguros.com, indicating in the message reference “Data Protection” and detailing in the same the data on which they wish to exercise any of the above rights, providing proof of identity.

DURATION OF PROCESSING AND CONSERVATION:

The personal data subject to the present processing will be processed for as long as the consent and/or the management of the query remains in force. When the CUSTOMER withdraws their consent or the query is closed because it is understood to have been dealt with, their data will be kept blocked for the time necessary to comply with the applicable legal obligations. Once these obligations have expired, the personal data will be deleted from the data processing systems of IATI CALZADO CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS. Under no circumstances will the files attached to the management of the claim be stored on our system, with the company that assumes the coverage of the travel policy having exclusive access and authority over said documentation.

The competent supervisory authority in matters of data protection is: Spanish Data Protection Agency, c/ Jorge Juan, 6, Madrid.
