If the transport you are travelling on is delayed by more than 6 hours, we will reimburse you €50 for every 6-hour period, upon presentation of proof of payment, to cover part of the expenses incurred. Delays caused by strikes or social conflicts are excluded.

We cover search and rescue costs in extreme or risky situations, including expenses for search, rescue, transport, or repatriation carried out by civil, military, or rescue organizations.
